- One flat published rate. The advertised price and the ongoing price are the same — PlexusDx prices this way.
- A low first-month or medication-only headline. The ongoing price is higher once the promotional month ends or a required membership fee is added.
- No public price. A rate appears only after a questionnaire; for these programs we list only the figures they publish themselves.

- No estimates. We list only what each company publishes itself — not what we think you would end up paying.
- Found. Found prices an insurance track and a cash-pay track. Its headline $99/mo (insurance) and $169/mo (cash) figures are per-month equivalents of 12-month plans paid upfront, not monthly prices; monthly plans start at $199/mo with insurance and $289/mo cash pay. Its pricing page, read July 20, 2026, states: "Price varies based on medication, insurance and coverage."
- Fridays. Its figures are the month-to-month rates on its own pricing page. An earlier, higher figure we held was a struck-through anchor price, not a billed one, and has been withdrawn.
- Henry Meds. Offers tirzepatide as an oral dissolving tablet only, not as an injection; its advertised figure above is for semaglutide.

Five structures shape what you pay, and when you pay or see it: a promotional first month, a membership added to a medication-only headline, dose tiers, a charge billed before the medical review, and quiz-gating.
- First-month promotional rates. Peak Wellness, TrimRx and Zealthy advertise a discounted first month; the higher ongoing rate applies from the second month on. Where we have verified the ongoing rate, both figures appear in the table above.
- A medication-only headline plus a membership. Eden advertises "$99/month," which is the medication-only price.
- Eden also requires a $99/month membership.
- $99 medication + $99 membership = $198 all-in ongoing at sign-up.
- Dose tiers. A few programs charge more as your dose rises rather than holding one rate.
- Zealthy's own checkout states that

How many times a year will you actually be charged?
Several programs measure a "month" as four weeks. Where billing follows that four-week cycle rather than the calendar, a year holds 13 charges instead of 12 — PlexusDx bills the calendar month, 12 times.

- Peak Wellness wins on tirzepatide at 6 months. Peak's 6-month tirzepatide plan is a $1,396.00 prepaid total, charged once on approval. Peak publishes only that total and no monthly figure on the card; dividing it ourselves gives about $232.67/month, roughly $16/month below the PlexusDx 6-month prepaid tirzepatide rate of $249/month.
- PlexusDx wins on semaglutide at 6 months. Peak's 6-month semaglutide plan is a $990 prepaid total; Peak publishes no monthly figure on that card either, and dividing it ourselves gives $165/month — above the PlexusDx 6-month prepaid semaglutide rate of $149/month.
- Peak Wellness is $10 lower in month one. Its promotional first month is $179/$279 against our $189/$289; from month two Peak's ongoing rate is $249/$349.
- TrimRx goes lower if you prepay a full year. TrimRx's twelve-month prepaid plan comes in below our month-to-month rate; its ongoing month-to-month price is $299/$399.
