How do the 1-, 3-, 6- and 12-month plans work?

Choose a 1-, 3-, 6- or 12-month plan. 3-, 6- and 12-month plans are charged once, up front, and renew automatically until you cancel future renewals. There is no membership fee.

Where does my longevity medication come from?

Your medication is compounded by a licensed 503A pharmacy in response to your individual prescription. 503A pharmacies are state-board-regulated facilities that prepare patient-specific compounded medications under strict USP standards. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved.

Will I work with a real licensed provider?

Yes. Every PlexusDx longevity protocol is prescribed and monitored by a licensed provider in our independent clinician network: real medical authority, not AI prescriptions. Your provider reviews your online visit, writes your prescription and monitors your response.

How do refills work?

Your plan renews automatically at the same length until you cancel future renewals, and the pharmacy ships each refill to your door. Your provider sets your supply.

Can I request a dose adjustment from my provider?

Yes. Request a dose change through your patient portal; your provider reviews the request and decides. For the same medication and plan, your price does not change with your dose, except for GHK-Cu cream, which is priced by strength.

Add any single pathway report for $29.99 — activates immediately in your Results Portal, no re-test needed. The test is optional and never required to start a longevity protocol.

What are the side effects of longevity compounds?

Side effects vary by compound. NAD+ may cause flushing or transient nausea; Sermorelin may cause injection-site reactions; PT-141 may cause headache, nausea, or transient blood pressure changes. Your provider reviews each compound’s specific side effect profile during intake and monitors your response. Discuss any concerns through your patient portal.

What contraindications should I know about?

Active malignancy, current pregnancy, severe hepatic or renal disease, and known hypersensitivity to compounded peptide therapy are exclusions for the longevity protocol family. Compound-specific exclusions: uncontrolled hypertension or recent cardiovascular event (PT-141). Your provider screens for these during intake.

How do I cancel my protocol?

Cancel future renewals anytime: turn off automatic renewal under Manage subscription in your patient portal at my.plexusdx.com before your next renewal charge. You keep the treatment you have already paid for. Canceling stops your next renewal; it does not refund the rest of a prepaid plan.

Can I switch from one longevity compound to another?

Yes, if your provider approves it. Request a switch through your patient portal. Unused prepaid value is applied as a credit toward the new medication, which uses its own plan price.

Can I run a longevity protocol alongside a weight management protocol?

Sometimes. Some longevity compounds run safely alongside weight management protocols; others do not. Your provider determines whether stacking is clinically appropriate based on your medical history, current medications, and the specific compounds involved. Request a stacking review through your patient portal — do not start a second protocol without provider authorization.
