Clinical services are provided by an independent network of U.S.-licensed clinicians through a state-licensed telehealth platform. Compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed compounding pharmacies operating in FDA-registered facilities. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality.

If you would prefer a branded, FDA-approved prescription medication, your provider may write a prescription that you can fill at the pharmacy of your choice. PlexusDx does not sell or ship branded prescription medications.

Medication and clinical service fees are billed and collected by the practice-management platform that supports the prescribing clinicians. PlexusDx is paid separately for the data, referral, and customer-experience services that PlexusDx provides. PlexusDx is not the merchant of record for any prescription medication.
