On a 12-month plan, prices start at $59/mo for GHK-Cu 0.2% cream ($708 billed up front), $69/mo for glutathione and MIC + B12, $109/mo for Lipo C, $119/mo for NAD+ and sermorelin, and $159/mo for PT-141. On a 1-month plan, they run $89 to $189. Your plan price covers your online visit, prescription, medication and shipping, with no membership fee.

Do I have to take the genetic test to enroll?
No. The GLP-1 & Peptide Pathways Genetic Test is optional and available for $99 as an add-on after your first month of treatment. It analyzes 17 Longevity insights including FOXO3 — a longevity gene linked to living past 100 — drawn from a 150+ insight panel across 14 pathways. Your provider can prescribe without it.

Which online visit should I start?
Start with the area you want to work on first. For energy and cellular health, start the Longevity visit; for sleep and recovery, the Sermorelin visit; for skin, the GHK-Cu visit; for sexual health, the PT-141 visit. A licensed provider reviews each visit and decides whether a medication is right for you.
Form Factors
Do I have to inject? What are the alternatives?
Most longevity medications are injections. The exception is GHK-Cu, a copper peptide cream in 0.2%, 0.5% or 2% strengths, with no needles.

What does the online visit involve?
A short online visit about your goals, health history and current medications. No clinic visit is needed.
Safety
Who shouldn't take Longevity protocols?
Anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding or planning a pregnancy, and anyone with active cancer, severe liver or kidney disease, or a known allergy to an ingredient in the medication. PT-141 also excludes uncontrolled hypertension and a recent cardiovascular event. Every online visit asks about your health history, medications and allergies; the Longevity visit ends for G6PD deficiency, chronic kidney disease, liver cirrhosis or current cancer treatment. Your provider reviews your answers before prescribing.

How does billing work? Can I cancel?
Choose a 1-, 3-, 6- or 12-month plan. 3-, 6- and 12-month plans are charged once, up front, and renew automatically until you cancel future renewals. Each plan renews for the same term at your existing price. HSA and FSA cards accepted at checkout. Pay over time on 3-, 6- and 12-month plans. Cancel future renewals anytime. Canceling does not create a prorated refund of a prepaid plan.
