Adults 18 years or older with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition such as prediabetes or hypertension, who want a medically supervised weight management protocol.
HEALTH HISTORY FIT
You're not currently pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy in the next 12 months, and you don't have personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN2.
DATA-GUIDED CARE
You prefer clinical decisions informed by your personal health data, including the option to layer the GLP-1 & Peptide Pathways Genetic Test onto your protocol after your first month.

On a 12-month plan, semaglutide starts at $99/mo ($1,188 billed up front), tirzepatide at $129/mo ($1,548) and Microdose GLP-1 at $69/mo ($828). Month to month they are $149, $189 and $99. Injection and tablet cost the same. Your dose may need to go up. Your price won't.

How does the GLP-1 & Peptide Pathways Genetic Test fit into my protocol?
The genetic test is optional and available before or during your protocol. It analyzes 14 pathways, 49 peptides, and 150+ genetic insights about your biology. It does not determine which compound you use — your provider does — and it does not predict response to a named drug.
MEDICATION
What's the difference between injection and oral compounds?
Injection and oral compounds deliver the same active ingredient through different routes. Injections are typically weekly and have longer clinical track records. Oral compounds are daily and needle-free. Your provider recommends the route that fits your preference, lifestyle, and clinical profile.
COMPOUNDING
What is 503A compounding and why does it matter?
503A compounding means your medication is prepared by a licensed pharmacy specifically for your prescription — not mass-manufactured. PlexusDx uses a national network of 503A-compliant pharmacies. This pathway is FDA-regulated and legal for patient-specific prescriptions. It is distinct from FDA-approved retail medications, which are mass-produced under a different regulatory pathway.
ELIGIBILITY
Do I need blood work before starting?
No. Blood work is not clinically required for GLP-1 protocols per current ADA guidance.
PAYMENT
Can I use my HSA or FSA card, or pay over time?
Yes. HSA and FSA cards accepted at checkout. Pay over time on 3-, 6- and 12-month plans. The 1-month plan does not offer pay over time. You choose how to pay at checkout.
PROVIDER
Can I switch compounds mid-protocol?
Yes. If your provider recommends a different medication, unused prepaid value is credited toward it and you pay only the difference. Your dose level never changes your price.
