We compare a competitor's prepaid tier only against its standard rate for that tier, and we could not establish MEDVi's to our own evidence standard. Rather than publish a number we cannot stand behind — in either direction, including where it would have flattered us — we leave MEDVi's prepaid ladder out of the comparison entirely, and will add it if a future capture settles it. How MEDVi's billing works
- Auto-renewing subscription: the monthly plan enrolls you in an auto-renewing subscription, charged "at the specified recurring intervals until I cancel."
- Supply label, not a billing cycle: the monthly plan ships a "4 Week Supply" — how much medication arrives per shipment, not a stated billing interval; MEDVi describes the plan as monthly and auto-renewing.
- No membership fee: MEDVi charges no separate membership — parity with PlexusDx, which also has none.
- Multi-month bundles are prepaid: paid upfront or through Klarna 0% financing over 12 months; MEDVi states multi-month packages "will not be refunded for unused medication or remaining months."

We went through MEDVi's intake from the first health question to two rendered checkout order summaries on July 20, 2026 — 19 dated captures covering the twelve-screen questionnaire, both plan-selection screens (semaglutide and tirzepatide), and the two checkouts. Those captures are the source for every MEDVi figure on this page; we did not take any MEDVi price from a third-party review site or aggregator.
We compare published regular rates. Promotional offers are common across this category — ours included — and they change too often to compare fairly, so we exclude them on both sides.
What we could not verify, and left out. Three things. MEDVi's ongoing Monthly-plan rate — $299 semaglutide, $399 tirzepatide — was read from its plan-selection cards rather than from a rendered order summary; it is MEDVi's own regular rate, struck through on the card, and it is the only MEDVi price we publish. MEDVi's prepaid bundle rates are not on this page at all: we compare a competitor's prepaid tier only against its standard rate for that tier, and we could not establish MEDVi's to our own evidence standard, so we withdrew every bundle figure rather than publish one we cannot stand behind — in either direction, including where it would have flattered us.
