Does Found's price go up with dose?
No. Like PlexusDx, Found's sign-up says "Same price for all doses." At PlexusDx, your dose may need to go up; your price won't.
When does Found charge your card?
When you place your order. Found's Terms say the order total is charged "in full at the time the order is placed," and its refund policy refunds the membership fee if you cancel within 3 days and before your first medical consultation. At PlexusDx, cards are charged once your prescription is sent to the pharmacy.
Can you get a refund from Found?
Only in limited cases. Found's plan screen says "100% refund if not clinically eligible." Its refund policy gives a full refund of the membership fee if you cancel within 3 days of purchase or before your first medical consultation, whichever comes first, or if a provider finds you ineligible for every treatment Found offers; being ineligible for one medication but eligible for another does not qualify. Medications and lab kits are non-refundable once dispensed or shipped, and renewal payments are non-refundable. PlexusDx gives a full refund if you cancel after approval and before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy.
How do I cancel Found?
In the Found app or by email, at any time. Found's refund policy suggests cancelling at least 48 hours before your renewal date, and its Terms say access to providers and prescription medication stops on the date you cancel. With PlexusDx, you turn off renewal in your patient portal before the next charge.
Does Found offer GLP-1 microdosing?
