Recurring refill comparison

On semaglutide injection the two refill rates are identical as published: MEDVi's $299 per billing cycle and Remedy Meds' $299/mo. MEDVi's page says refills are “locked in” and include the same program benefits. Remedy Meds describes a “Price Lock Guarantee.” Neither statement was tested over time for this post; treat both as the provider's own description.

One structural point matters for refills: neither MEDVi nor Remedy Meds publishes its billing-cycle length in a form this post could verify. This post therefore counts “cycles,” not calendar months, and does not call 12 cycles a year.

Dose and route caveats

MEDVi states “same fair price at every dose,” and PlexusDx states its price is flat across every dose level for a compound. Remedy Meds' campaign pages do not state a dose policy, so this post does not assume one. Ask before the first refill whether a dose change affects the bill.

Route also changes the comparison. Every figure above is for a weekly compounded injection. MEDVi lists a compounded semaglutide tablet at about $70 a month over its injection rate for the same compound (read on its plan-selection screen), with no tablet total published; PlexusDx prices Semaglutide Oral separately at $289/mo month-to-month. Do not read an injection refill rate as an oral rate.

Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are not FDA-approved drug products. Questions before the offer renews

The first-to-second-bill transition is where most surprises happen, so ask these before the intro period ends.
