Current medication options

MEDVi lists compounded semaglutide injection, compounded tirzepatide injection and a compounded semaglutide tablet on MEDVi's program page, plus branded Wegovy® and Zepbound® on a separate membership-plus-medication pathway. Prescriptions are issued by licensed providers in its network and filled by named compounding pharmacies.

Mochi's site lists compounded semaglutide injection, compounded tirzepatide injection and a compounded semaglutide pill, alongside branded Zepbound®, Wegovy®, Ozempic® and Mounjaro®. Its medication menu is wider on the branded side. Mochi's medication prices are "starting at" figures and are not the same thing as a flat program rate, so a total Mochi cost per cycle is membership plus whatever the pharmacy charges for your prescription.

Two consequences follow. First, a Mochi month is at least $79 plus medication, and the medication figure depends on your pharmacy, state and prescription, so no single Mochi total can be published. Second, MEDVi's flat-across-doses policy is verified on its start page, while Mochi does not publish dose tiers; if you expect dose changes, ask Mochi in writing how your charge moves.

Follow-up and nutrition support

MEDVi publishes "Free dietician visits & care coaching" and "Unlimited 24/7 support" as included benefits. MEDVi's policy is specific: cancel anytime, but request it at least 72 hours before your next billing date; service continues to the end of the cycle; no refund for the month in which you cancel; full refund only within the first 72 hours with no services received, or on medical disqualification. Mochi states that prescription sales are final. Who each program may fit
