Key differences

MEDVi offers injections, a compounded oral semaglutide product and a branded route, on a month-to-month plan that bundles physician review, coaching, dietitian visits, 24/7 support, medication and shipping. Brello offers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections only, no oral and no branded products, on a three-month minimum that bundles the medication, syringes, its app and fitness classes, a community group, provider review and shipping. Brello lists other compounded non-GLP-1 products that are outside this comparison. Both begin with an online intake reviewed by a licensed clinician; neither guarantees a prescription.

Required term and upfront cash

MEDVi asks for one cycle at a time: $179 up front for a new semaglutide patient, then $299 per cycle, cancellable with 72 hours' notice before the next billing date. MEDVi offers 3-, 6- and 12-month bundles; their rates appear in its signup flow and are not published here. Brello requires a three-month minimum on every plan and bills the term up front, $399 for semaglutide, then renews automatically every 11 weeks until cancelled. Brello's stated refund terms: a full refund if you are not approved, and after approval a refund of the total minus a $50 professional-services fee if requested within 24 hours of the completed provider review. After that window the term is committed. If you are unsure you will continue past a first cycle, the difference in cash at risk is the main practical distinction. Dose and route restrictions

Both providers state that price does not change with dose: MEDVi as "same fair price at every dose," Brello as "no hikes if your dosage changes." Route is where they diverge. Brello is injection-only for GLP-1 medication. MEDVi adds a compounded oral semaglutide product at about $70 a month over its injection rate for the same compound (read on its plan-selection screen; no tablet total published) and a branded route for Wegovy® and Zepbound® that carries a $99 monthly membership plus the medication cost (as listed on MEDVi’s program page, September 22, 2026). None of the compounded products at either provider is FDA-approved, and none is the same as Wegovy®, Ozempic®, Zepbound® or Mounjaro®; a compounded tablet is not the FDA-approved oral product. Support and renewal

MEDVi includes free dietitian visits and care coaching, unlimited 24/7 support, HSA/FSA payment, and names its dispensing pharmacies; cancellations go to hello@medvi.org or portal chat, service runs to the end of the cycle, and the cycle in which you cancel is not refunded. Brello includes its app, fitness and nutrition classes, a private community and ongoing support, with shipping in three to five business days if approved; "cancel anytime" applies to the renewal, not to the current term. Brello's state list is on a separate document and was not verified; MEDVi does not publish a state list. Choosing between programs

Brello may fit someone who is committed to at least one three-month term of injectable medication and values the lower per-term charge and bundled classes. MEDVi may fit someone who wants month-to-month flexibility, coaching and dietitian access, or an oral or branded option, and who will confirm the refill price, the tirzepatide first-month offer and the oral price in the official offer.
