MEDVi's advertised rate changes because its offer has two separate price fields. Introductory price and recurring price are different fields

The start page adds "Start for just $179, no insurance required," and MEDVi's compounded programs advertise the "Same fair price at every dose," so the refill rate does not rise with dose. One note on the source: the $299 refill figure is what the page displayed on September 22, 2026, and MEDVi's ongoing month-to-month rates were verified the same day. Confirm it in MEDVi's official offer before you rely on it.

Which products and patients qualify?

The introductory price is a new-patient rate; MEDVi's page describes it as a first-month price and its refund policy treats later charges as recurring billing. Two things are not published. First, MEDVi does not state a billing-cycle length on the pages we checked, so this article says "per billing cycle" rather than "per calendar month." Second, MEDVi's public page exposes an introductory figure only for compounded semaglutide injection. For compounded tirzepatide injection, MEDVi's ongoing month-to-month rate is $399, verified September 22, 2026, but the tirzepatide first-month offer is shown after the questionnaire, so confirm it in MEDVi's official offer. For a new MEDVi semaglutide patient, the honest formula is intro plus (n − 1) refills: three cycles are $179 + 2 × $299 = $777; six cycles are $179 + 5 × $299 = $1,674; twelve cycles are $179 + 11 × $299 = $3,468. Refill-only totals, for someone past the first month, are $897 for three cycles, $1,794 for six and $3,588 for twelve. What happens after an offer ends?

After the first month, MEDVi bills the refill price each cycle until you cancel. Its cancellation and refund policy asks for a request at least 72 hours before the next billing date, by email or portal chat, and says service continues to the end of the paid cycle. A full refund applies only if you cancel within the first 72 hours without receiving services, or if you are medically disqualified. On monthly billing, MEDVi states you will not be refunded for the month in which you cancel. On multi-month plans, only months with no medication shipped are refundable. Questions before enrollment

Ask MEDVi to state, in writing, the first-month and refill price for your specific product and route, since its tirzepatide first-month offer appears only after the questionnaire. Ask how long a billing cycle runs, because the page does not say. Ask whether the introductory price applies to you if you have used MEDVi before. Ask what happens to the rate if your clinician changes your dose; MEDVi advertises the same price at every dose, and it is worth confirming that applies to refills.
