Renewal and cancellation process

MEDVi's cancellation and refund policy lets you cancel at any time, but the request must arrive at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Requests go through hello@medvi.org or the patient-portal chat. Service continues to the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. PlexusDx's product pages state "Cancel anytime. No long-term contract. Cancel anytime with no fees" for the month-to-month tier. There is no notice window published for month-to-month cancellation. For the 3- and 6-month tiers, the commitment terms you accept at checkout govern what happens if you stop early, so read them before you pay.

Refund and already-processed order rules

Cancelling a service and getting money back are two different questions. Cancellation stops future charges. A refund returns money you already paid, and each program limits when that happens.

MEDVi's policy, as published on September 22, 2026, allows a full refund only if you cancel within the first 72 hours without receiving services, or if you are medically disqualified.
