Two things stand out. First, the first-month rate narrows the gap only in the first cycle; from the second cycle on, MEDVi's published refill rate is higher than PlexusDx's month-to-month rate for the same medication. Second, if you expect to stay on treatment for six months or more and want a lower rate, PlexusDx's commitment tiers exist for that purpose, while MEDVi's 3-, 6- and 12-month bundle rates appear in its signup flow and are not published here.

Dose policy, inclusions, and cancellation terms

On dose, the two programs make the same commitment. MEDVi says "Same fair price at every dose." PlexusDx states that your monthly price is flat across every dose level for the compound and changes only with your commitment tier, never with your dose. Two regulatory points apply to any compounded oral option. Compounded semaglutide, injected or oral, is not an FDA-approved drug product; it is prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies under federal compounding rules and is not the same as Wegovy® or Ozempic®.
