That is not a criticism of MEDVi specifically; it applies to every compounded GLP-1 program, including PlexusDx's. It is simply the reason to know which group your prescription falls into before you compare prices.

What enrollment and ongoing care involve

Enrollment starts with MEDVi's online questionnaire covering weight, health history, and current medications. A licensed provider in MEDVi's network reviews it and decides whether a GLP-1 prescription is appropriate. Approval is not guaranteed, and MEDVi's refund policy provides a full refund if you are medically disqualified or if you cancel within the first 72 hours without receiving services. If approved, the prescription goes to one of MEDVi's named pharmacies, which prepares and ships it with free shipping. Billing is a recurring subscription. "Is MEDVi legit" is one of the most common searches about the brand, and the useful answer is a checklist, not a verdict. MEDVi publishes a street address, phone number, and support emails. It names the pharmacies that fill its prescriptions, which you can look up with the relevant state board of pharmacy. It publishes a cancellation and refund policy with specific windows. Its providers are licensed clinicians, and you can ask for your provider's name and license state before you pay.

What MEDVi does not publish is also informative: the medical group behind its providers, the list of states it serves (its terms direct you to contact help@medvi.org), its tirzepatide first-month offer and tablet total, and its billing-cycle length.
