Three programs in our survey explicitly vary their medication cost as your clinician raises your dose:

Mochi Health

Mochi Health operates a per-dose pricing model. Semaglutide medication starts at $60/month and tirzepatide at $90/month, both exclusive of the $39/month membership fee (first month also $39). Providers with no explicit dose-lock statement

Several well-known programs publish a single monthly rate but do not explicitly guarantee that rate holds as dose increases. Our research packet captured no dose-lock language for Henry Meds, Found, Peak Wellness, TrimRx, Eden, OrderlyMeds, or Fridays Health. That silence does not prove they will raise your price—many may hold it flat in practice—but the absence of a written guarantee leaves the door open. If dose-locked pricing matters to you, confirm the policy in writing before you commit, or choose a provider that states the guarantee on its public site.

Why dose-lock pricing matters

GLP-1 therapy typically follows a titration schedule: you start at a low dose (for example, 0.25 mg semaglutide weekly) and increase every four weeks until you reach the dose that controls appetite and delivers steady weight loss with tolerable side effects. The FDA-approved maintenance dose for semaglutide is 2.4 mg weekly; for tirzepatide it is 5 mg, 10 mg, or 15 mg weekly, depending on individual response. Trustpilot ratings and review themes were captured September 9, 2026, from each provider's public Trustpilot profile. We verified TrimRx pricing through checkout simulation and recorded the advertised-vs-billed conflict.
