How do I cancel Ro?

In your Ro account, at least 48 hours before your next charge, its checkout and Terms say. Its Terms also allow cancelling by email, and the membership runs to the end of the period you paid for. With PlexusDx, you turn off renewal in your patient portal before the next charge.
