Important information about your prescription program.

PlexusDx is not a medical practice or pharmacy. Using this website does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and PlexusDx.

Clinical services are provided by an independent network of U.S.-licensed clinicians through a state-licensed telehealth platform. Compounded medications are dispensed by state-licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality.

If you would prefer a branded, FDA-approved prescription medication, your provider may write a prescription that you can fill at the pharmacy of your choice. PlexusDx does not sell or ship branded prescription medications.

Medication and clinical service fees are billed and collected by the practice-management platform that supports the prescribing clinicians. PlexusDx is paid separately for the data, referral, and customer-experience services that PlexusDx provides. PlexusDx is not the merchant of record for any prescription medication.

The GLP-1 & Peptide Pathways Genetic Test and any other genetic test or report sold by PlexusDx is intended to provide personalized educational information about your biology. It does not recommend, prescribe, or determine which medications a customer should use. Treatment decisions are made by your independent prescribing clinician based on your full medical history.
