"Subscription" is doing a lot of work in the GLP-1 market, and the word hides a few moving parts: a recurring membership, a recurring medication charge, and rules about when each begins. What the Eden subscription actually is

Two charges make up the subscription. The medication is advertised at $99 per month for semaglutide or $199 for tirzepatide, and a separate Eden Membership runs $99 per month. Because the membership is required to receive any medication, the real recurring cost is $198 all-in for semaglutide and $298 for tirzepatide.

What arrives and how often

Fulfillment is monthly and injection-only; Eden does not offer an oral option or a multi-month shipment. Pricing is set by compound rather than by dose, so moving up a titration step does not, by itself, change the tier. Ongoing telehealth follow-up is part of the subscription and supports dose adjustments and side-effect questions between refills. Because there is no oral formulation, every shipment is a self-administered injection, and the billing cadence stays the same regardless of the titration step you reach.

Cancelation, commitment, and the money-back warranty

Eden bills monthly with no 3-, 6-, or 12-month prepay lock-in, and nothing is charged until a provider approves the prescription — so the intake itself carries no cost.
