What the membership includes (and what it does not)

Eden's $99/month ongoing membership covers support access and platform features; the medication is billed separately. The checkout page does not itemize which clinical services (initial consult, follow-ups, prescription management) are included in the membership versus bundled with the medication charge. Eden states "cancel anytime," and both charges stop when you cancel. The membership is required—you cannot purchase medication alone.

PlexusDx charges one all-inclusive monthly rate that covers the online provider visit, prescription, compounded medication, and shipping. There is no separate membership fee. The $189 semaglutide or $289 tirzepatide rate includes every service and remains the same regardless of dose titration. When Eden's first-month discount matters
