Ingredients

  • 12 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless and sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Sea salt & black pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup cooked black beans
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into florets
  • ½ medium avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp ranch dressing

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for six to eight minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
  3. Add the beans. Cook for one to two minutes until warmed through.
  4. Meanwhile, steam the broccoli over simmering water for four to five minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Divide the chicken, beans, and steamed broccoli evenly between bowls. Top with avocado slices, and drizzle with ranch dressing. Enjoy!

Important safety information

Compounded semaglutide is a prescription medication. It is not FDA-approved, and the FDA does not review compounded medications for safety, effectiveness or quality.

Possible risk of thyroid tumors, including cancer. In studies with rodents, semaglutide caused thyroid C-cell tumors. It is not known whether it causes these tumors, including medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC), in people. Do not use it if you or a family member has ever had MTC, or if you have Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2). Tell your provider right away if you get a lump or swelling in your neck, trouble swallowing, hoarseness or shortness of breath.

Do not use this medication if you have had a serious allergic reaction to it. Tell your provider if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or breastfeeding, and before any surgery or procedure that uses anesthesia or deep sedation.

Serious side effects may include inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or a sulfonylurea), increased heart rate, kidney problems, severe stomach problems, serious allergic reactions, and vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes. Stop using the medication and get medical help right away if you have severe stomach pain that will not go away.

The most common side effects include nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, constipation, stomach pain, headache, tiredness, upset stomach and dizziness. This is not a complete list. Talk to your provider about your full medical history and every medication you take.
